Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, brokerage affiliation, and billing details provided during registration.
Listing Data: Property details, photos, MLS links, and feature sheet images submitted for content generation.
Communications: SMS messages, emails, and other communications sent through our platform on your behalf or received from your contacts.
Usage Data: Server logs, feature usage, and workflow activity for service operation and improvement.
We use Twilio to send transactional and marketing messages on behalf of our real estate agent clients. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (cloud hosting, payment processing, messaging services, AI content generation). We do not sell your personal information.
We retain your data for the duration of your account plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure) to protect your data.
